Namiah Miller graduated from the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at CSU Long Beach, where he performed in the symphony orchestra, baroque ensemble, and a string quartet. Outside of school, he is a member of the Civic Orchestra of Los Angeles, Symphony Irvine, and the South Coast Symphony. He has also played with groups including the American Youth Symphony, the Inner City Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles, the Orange County Youth Symphony, and the Orange County Community Symphony Orchestra. Namiah has also taught string students both privately and in group settings for more than five years. He is currently the head string coach and one of the conductors for Prelude Strings in Santa Ana. He also teaches and coaches several string classes in the Fountain Valley and Long Beach Unified School Districts and is a private violin, viola, and piano teacher for students in Orange County and Long Beach.
